What you have Required Qualifications:
1+yearsof Client/Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Previousexperience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry.
While licensing is preferred, it is notrequiredfor this role, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66licenses
Ability to handleclient needs with tact anddiplomacy
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Experienceworkingindependently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
Ability to build andmaintaingood cross-enterprise workingrelationships
Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern clientaccounts
May be asked to become aNotary
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
