We are looking for a motivated and organized Account Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to build project management skills in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to project manage digital marketing campaigns from start to finish—ensuring work moves smoothly between clients, Account Executives, our Ad Operations team, and creative partners. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once are essential in this role.

What You’ll Do: Project Management & Campaign Coordination

Manage workflow, tasks, and deadlines across multiple client campaigns

Coordinate the “who, what, when, where, and how” of digital marketing projects

Apply company processes to determine the correct workflow for each client and build tasks accordingly within project management software

Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and performance milestones to ensure projects remain on track

Track deliverables and follow up to keep projects moving forward

Identify potential delays or gaps and address them proactively

Facilitate Client & Team Communication

Serve as a key point of contact for execution-related client communication

Lead, arrange, and attend internal and client meetings

Support Account Executives in prepping for client meetings by summarizing progress since last client meeting

Document meeting notes, action items, and next steps clearly

Convert client discussions into read-to-execute internal tasks within project management software

Communicate updates with confidence and professionalism

Oversee Reporting & Deliverable Quality

Track KPIs and campaign progress

Review reports for clarity and accuracy before delivery

Support billing accuracy and documentation

Administrative & Organizational Responsibilities

Proofread contracts, insertion orders, and proposals

Coordinate creative asset collection

Input campaign setup details, strategy notes, and budget details into internal databases and project management software

Maintain organized documentation (contracts, insertion orders, proposals) for all assigned accounts

What it takes to succeed:

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing attention to detail

Clear and professional written and verbal communication

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Ability to take ownership of tasks, define next steps, and move work forward without constant direction

Interest in digital marketing and how online tools support business growth

Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising, or agency environments is strongly preferred, although, althoughwe are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong project management instincts and the ability to quickly learn marketing terminology and campaign workflows.

Note: Formal PM certifications are not required. Practical, applied project ownership experience is recognized as evidence of project management experience.
