We are looking for a XpertDoc Consultant for our client in Portland, OR.
Job Title: XpertDoc Consultant
Job Location: Portland, OR
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities
Design and develop document templates using Xpertdoc Smart Flows and Template Builder.
Develop and oversee end-to-end document automation solutions using Xpertdoc Smart Flows, Template Builder, and custom integrations.
Integrate Xpertdoc with enterprise systems to enable dynamic data‑driven document generation.
Configure conditional logic, workflows, and delivery channels (email, e‑signature, SharePoint, etc.).
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into automated document solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot document generation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain documentation and provide training/support to end‑users.
Experience in the Migration project is a must.
Ability to create low level design document from Xpertdoc template.
Required Skills
10+ years of hands‑on experience with Xpertdoc or equivalent document generation platforms.
Proven expertise in Smart Flows, Word‑based template logic, and data‑driven content personalization.
Experience with Xpertdoc and Microsoft Word‑based template design with conditional logic.
SQL and AZ400/Data Querying, API knowledge, Microservices, Postman.
Strong grasp of workflow automation, API integration and data mapping.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
