Benefits Account Manager
to support client benefit programs and assist Account Executives with new business, renewals, and ongoing service needs.

This role is ideal for someone who is excited about making sure the details are correct and have a passion for resolving complex client issues. The ideal candidate enjoys working with others and building lasting relationships with clients and vendors. What will you do as a Benefits Account Manager?
As a Benefits Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to do the following:
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with your clients, learning their business and helping provide guidance and support for their employee benefit insurance needs.
Drive the renewal process where you will engage directly with the sales team, client and carriers to provide renewal options to best meet the needs of your client’s employees.
Conduct onsite employee benefit meetings and presentations.
Provide ongoing support to clients through timely follow up and effective issue resolution.
What experience will set you up for success?
The following skills and experience will position the right candidate for success in this role:
Recent experience as an HR Generalist where you were involved in benefit plan administration where the experience gained allowed you to explain and answer questions about coverage.
Ability to investigate and solve complex problems.
Described as someone with an ability to influence others through effective communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
Natural ability to multitask and organize workloads while meeting or exceeding established deadlines.
Acute attention to detail
Nevada Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain)
