We are currently seeking a skilled and high-producing mortgage processor to work with the mortgage loan officers on our team.
The Loan Processor is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing residential mortgage loan files from application through clear-to-close using
Encompass . This role ensures files are accurate, complete, compliant, and underwrite-ready while supporting self-generating Loan Officers and working closely with in-house underwriting. This role is complex and requires an understanding of the entire life of the loan.
Work is performed within established policies and procedures; however, this role requires
independent judgment, accountability, and ownership of assigned loan files . Issues outside normal guidelines are escalated proactively to leadership.
