
We are seeking a Loan Servicing Representative to join a premier credit union. This is a vital role for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting members through the complexities of mortgage and consumer loan servicing.

This position offers the opportunity to manage critical financial documentation, from lien perfections to mortgage payoffs, while providing top-tier service to our member community.
Salary: $22 - $26 per hour | Shift: First | Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM | Education: Bachelors.
Responsibilities
Issue Home Equity and First Trust mortgage payoff requests to attorneys, title insurance companies, and borrowers.
Address member inquiries via phone, email, and mail regarding consumer loans, mortgages, and home equity products.
Provide support for escrows, automatic payment methods, payment coupons, payoffs, and lien releases.
Maintain physical and digital files for consumer and mortgage loans, including scanning documents into the imaging system.
Process auto loan releases and follow general guidelines for lien perfection.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of required documentation for all loan products offered by the credit union.
Execute system requests for loan adjustments, credit bureau reporting, and detailed research.
Process phone payments and establish EFT records for one-time and recurring payments.
Review and process incoming verification of mortgage (VOM) requests.
Manage line-of-credit accounts, including monitoring expiration dates, limits, and overdraft activity.
Handle indirect loan packages, including data validation, quality reviews, and CIP compliance.
Support the Loan Servicing Manager with additional administrative duties and research as assigned.
Balance a high volume of telephone calls with administrative data entry and file maintenance.
Ensure all actions adhere to internal policies, the Bank Secrecy Act, and Information Security regulations.
