Job Summary: The Server Assistant provides excellent food and beverage service during on‑site engagements, ensuring to deliver a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Support servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately
Ensure that tables are clean, organized, and properly set for service
Ensure service stations are stocked, organized and ready throughout the shift
Communicate closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and service
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions to assist guests
Follow all food safety, sanitation and all cleanliness standards
Assist with clearing tables and resetting dining areas between services
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
Fine dining experience highly desired
Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on hospitality
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take direction from supervisors
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or food items (with or without accommodations)
Flexibility to work varying shifts and hours depending on the audit schedule
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in service or dining setup
