Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a detailed-orientedData Entry Specialist to join our Global Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate accounting, auditing, and processing of all physical assets within our storage facilities.
You will join a dedicated team of logistics and information management professionals focused on maintaining the highest standards of asset integrity and facility efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Manage and audit inventory flow by processing the receipt, storage, and shipment of physical assets to ensure 100% accuracy in our storage facilities.
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate shipping schedules and regulate space utilization for the seamless flow of goods.
Ensure compliance with organisational safety and operating standards to maintain the protection of facilities, equipment, and sensitive customer data
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in warehouse operations, data entry, or physical asset management.
Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and the ability to operate facility equipment safely.
Proven ability in record‑keeping and data accuracy to maintain detailed reports and audit trails.
High School Diploma or equivalent (Industry-standard certifications in logistics are a plus).
