Drive day-to-day leasing/sales goals onsite

Interacting with prospective residents via phone, e-mail, and in person

Conducting tours, diligently pursuing the close of each sale

Performing follow ups, and completing leasing paperwork with prospective residents

Qualifications Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/traits:

Professional appearance and a winning personality

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to consistently display a positive attitude

Eager to work competitively on a team

Strong organizational skills and a proven sales track record

Willing to work weekends and have days off during the week

At least 2 years of relevant sales and customer service experience
