At Regions, the Market Real Estate (MRE) Relationship Manager's core mission is to identify, win, and grow relationships of middle market income property developers, owner operators, and investors, through direct origination efforts and strategically partnering with Commercial and Private Wealth Bankers. Additionally, the MRE Relationship Manager is expected to cross-sell the bank’s products and services through effective partnership with key product, credit and/or corporate and commercial banking geography partners.
Primary Responsibilities
Originates new business through new and existing client relationships
Leverages industry contacts and deal experience to identify opportunities for Regions Bank
Creates and manages strategic, long-term relationships with client decision makers
Participates in client meetings, client planning sessions and product partner meetings
Guides transaction processes from initial engagement through final close, including deal structure, financial modeling, internal approval/compliance processes and documentation
Communicates and interacts with client team members from across the bank, as well as with internal partners and product areas
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree preferably in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics
Five (5) years of commercial real estate banking experience
Network of industry client contacts
Skills and Competencies
Proven ability to lead by example and effectively manage a deal team
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

50th Percentile:
$133,130.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans:
This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals. Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
