Overview We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can deliver exceptional customer service! Are you interested in helping a range of clients through issues that vary from relatively simple to moderately complex? We are looking for people who are passionate about building relationships with clients, will collaborate with our team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement, and will demonstrate the value Gallagher can provide. This position involves managing a book of personal lines accounts that is based in the state of Indiana. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5 pm.

How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll be the go‑to person for our clients, helping them with their insurance needs. Whether it’s answering questions about billing, coverage, claims, or policy changes, you’ll provide clear and helpful guidance. You’ll also ensure that client and policy information is accurate and up‑to‑date in our systems.

Your work will directly contribute to our clients’ satisfaction and loyalty, and you’ll play a part in shaping their overall experience with Gallagher. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you’ll help us deliver the high‑quality service we’re known for. Plus, you’ll support the growth of our Personal Lines team by aligning your efforts with our business goals.

About You Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Active P/C Producer’s License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.

Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
