Personal Lines Account Manager role, we are seeking an insurance professional who has great customer services skills, a positive attitude and wants to learn & be part of a fantastic team. The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated and possess 4-5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
Job Responsibilities
Work in conjunction with Sales to service our customers.
Answer customer calls and inquiries.
Enter data into our company management system (Applied Epic).
Work with carriers on a daily basis.
Process customer payments when needed.
Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and certificates as needed.
Prepare and review renewal information ensuring adequate coverage and competitive pricing.
Minimum Requirements
License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
4 years of Personal Lines insurance experience with an independent insurance agency
Preferred Skills
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Management Rating Systems: Applied Rater, Applied Epic, CSR24 and Zywave
Computer Skills: MS Teams, MS Outlook, Adobe, MS Excel
