Job Details Description The Human Resources Engagement and Recognition Specialist is tasked with active collaboration and effective communication related to providing support for, and promoting engagement initiatives and programs. They provide administrative support for and promote programs focused on employee feedback, engagement, recognition, and rewards. The HR Engagement and Recognition Specialist assists employees in Human Resources. They help with programs within their purview and can knowledgably direct employees to the appropriate resources for other inquiries. They actively promote employee programs both in-person and via resort communication channels. The HR Engagement and Recognition Specialist provides support as needed for recruitment services. They also provide interpretation and translation services between English and Spanish to assist with departmental, resort, and employee needs.
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking, strong attention to detail and organization skills
Prior customer service/employee relations experience
Strong administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general database applications
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Must be at least 21
Must have a good driving record
Preferred Previous office/administrative experience, Knowledge of resort operations
Typical Schedule Days Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays as needed
Hours 9am-5pm, evenings as needed
