Key Responsibilities
Immigration Advisory & Case Strategy
Assess eligibility across Indian visa categories (Employment, Business, Entry, Student, Tourist, Medical).
Provide advisory on visa pathways, conversions, extensions, and compliance risks.
Guide clients on OCI eligibility and documentation requirements.
Identify potential regulatory risks prior to submission.
Regulatory Compliance & FRRO Management
Interpret and apply MHA and FRRO regulations.
Manage FRRO registrations, renewals, and compliance reporting.
Track visa validity and prevent overstay exposure.
Monitor policy updates and translate them into operational action.
Corporate Immigration Support
Liaise with HR teams for employment visa documentation.
Support structured bulk visa pipelines.
Assist in audit readiness and compliance documentation.
Process & Practice Development
Develop and refine SOPs for India immigration workflows.
Maintain structured digital case trackers.
Contribute to building scalable compliance systems.

We are seeking a structured, compliance-driven Immigration & Compliance Consultant to support and strengthen our India immigration practice.
This role combines regulatory interpretation, end-to-end visa case management, FRRO compliance, and corporate immigration advisory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-focused, and capable of handling complex documentation while maintaining high client trust.
This is not a transactional processing role. It requires analytical thinking, risk anticipation, and ownership mindset.

We are in a build phase and looking for a high-ownership professional who can contribute directly to revenue growth, brand positioning, and foundational marketing systems.
