
Enforce performance-based outcomes within the fulfillment divisions for automotive clients on a global scale. The Performance Strategist would be responsible for proactively auditing accounts, and identifying where strategy does not match playbooks, or minimum performance standards are not met at a broad KPI level and type of campaign type level. This person would document, assign, and monitor progress towards fixing this in a reasonable amount of time. The Performance Strategist would also be responsible for scheduling and completing any fulfillment audits for Priority Watchlist accounts and ensuring all action items were completed.
Primary Responsibilities
Work directly alongside the Operations Director, focusing on documenting and improving key performance metrics within the fulfillment divisions
Manage, audit, and improve the performance playbook per department
Ongoing inspection and optimization of accounts
OEM benchmark adherence
Ownership of OEM scorecards and department scorecards established by the company
Additional Responsibilities
Work with the assigned analyst(s) to troubleshoot performance issues for any priority account
Communicate monthly portfolio performance to all relevant stakeholders (managers, team, account managers)
Ability to jump on client-facing calls as necessary

Required Qualifications
Proven track record of being able to collaborate professionally and respectfully with internal team members and external clients
Vertical experience and strategic thinking
Strong knowledge of online media channels (paid search, display, social, video) and metrics, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Google Slides, analytics tools, and competitive research.
Project management skills: ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt to changing/conflicting priorities, and breakdown strategy into work tasks
Implementation experience with analytics platforms
Track, analyze, create, and deliver relevant industry data and performance metrics
