Responsibilities
Drive resident engagement by delivering customized tours and assisting with weekend and Saturday availability while creating a sense of community.
Provide exceptional customer service, using interpersonal skills to go the extra mile for new residents.
Leverage sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance, including creative campaigns and social media outreach.
Follow through on leads with tailored updates that showcase the best destinations, floor plans, and local hotspots for prospective residents.
Assist residents and colleagues in creating a better way to live.
You Have
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
