A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.**Key Insights and Responsibilities**The Commercial Card Implementation and Servicing Manager is responsible for leading a diverse team consisting of Card Implementation Managers, Card Technology Specialists, and Card Account Specialists. This role ensures the successful delivery of commercial card solutions by fostering a collaborative environment and driving the achievement of divisional goals. The manager will work closely with Commercial Card leadership to enhance the client experience and expand market share.The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep industry expertise, a passion for developing talent, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes. They are adaptable, results-driven, and excel at building strong partnerships across teams and organizations.# Core Responsibilities* Lead, develop, and motivate a teams across multiple locations, assigning clear goals and holding team members accountable for results.* Collaborate with Commercial Card leadership to execute strategic initiatives that support divisional growth and client satisfaction.* Oversee partnerships with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to deliver best-in-class solutions.* Ensure ongoing training and coaching of team members utilizing internal resources, external partnerships, industry knowledge, and personal expertise.* Promote process improvements to optimize efficiency and the overall client journey.* Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve targets.* Identify process gaps, open necessary MSIs, and support audits.# Qualifications and Skills## Education* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.## Professional Experience* Minimum of 6 years of experience in payments, financial services, or strategic roles.* Prior Commercial Card experience is highly preferred.## Key Competencies* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends.* Excellent project management and organizational abilities.* Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas.* Proficiency in payment technologies and platforms.* Thorough understanding of global payment regulations and compliance standards.* Strong business acumen with a track record of process improvement.* Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.* Familiarity with corporate ERP and accounting systems.* Strong contract management skills.Opportunities* Driving growth through the adoption of cutting-edge payment technologies.* Enhancing customer retention by providing seamless payment experiences.* Positioning the company as a leader in the Commercial Card industry.The typical base pay range for this role is between $121K - $158K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
