Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts with specifications and value‑engineered solutions for NJ multifamily projects.
Project Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of multifamily developments—from early design and pre‑construction through bidding and procurement.
Quotes & Contract Negotiation: Negotiating pricing, terms, and credit arrangements with developers, GCs, and subcontractors to support competitive and profitable project awards.
Present in front of developers, architects, designers, and general contractors.
Arrange for samples for developers, architects, designers, and general contractors.
