How You’ll Make An Impact: Administer the execution of U.S. sales incentive plans ensuring alignment with commercial, strategic imperatives and financial budgetary requirements. Calculate and prepare commission and commission statements for U.S. sales force within specified deadlines while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Provide management decision support through ad hoc analyses and reporting. Develop meaningful presentations of data and analyses to communicate projections, results, recommendations, and insights to management. Cross functional collaboration with Finance on projects that have measurable impact on the business through various financial models. Collaborate with the primary owner of the development, tracking, and reporting for sales awards. Partner with Finance partners to ensure accurate and timely commission payouts. Ad hoc project participation may include but not limited to territory design, quota logic, account exception reporting, compensation accrual reporting, prorated performance management, and headcount optimization. Maintain sales field roster and account alignment as they are transmitted by HR and Sales Operations. What You’ll Need (Required): Bachelor's Degree in related field of study, 5 years previous analytical experience including spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing or equivalent work experience based on Edwards' criteria What Else We Look For (Preferred): Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills; Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely in written and presentation form, and to present information and respond to questions from all levels of the organization. Strong business acumen and organizational skills Ability to work independently without close supervision. Ability to manage project timelines and demonstrated accountability to commitments. Must be able to work in a team environment.
