Position Overview This is a skilled position requiring the employee to perform a wide variety of credit and customer service functions for the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties & Functions)

Position will interact with dispatch, sales, pricing coordinators, credit, customers and A/R team to resolve customer issues as they may arise.

Position will require the employee to research accounts with disputes and make the appropriate adjustments.

Position will require interaction with multiple people within company.

Prepare ticketed material sales, reconcile, and resolve errors before invoicing.

Must perform customer service, research, and correction of inaccurate material billing.

Other duties as assigned per supervisor.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. One to two years related experience and/or a combination of both.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, percent, land to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to type and use keyboards accurately and have knowledge of Database software internet software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

None

Skills and Abilities Ability to speak a foreign language a plus.

Other Qualifications Previous experience in a related field is a plus
