Now Hiring: Contract Analyst – Market Access Trade
Hybrid (Onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs)
Pay - $41–$46/hour
1-Year Contract (Extension Potential Based on Performance & Business Needs)
A leading pharmaceutical client is seeking an experienced Contract Analyst – Market Access Trade to support specialty pharmacy and trade contracting initiatives. This is a high-visibility role working cross-functionally with Legal, Trade Marketing, Government Pricing, OEC, and Program Managers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Drafting and managing templated contracts, amendments, and term extensions
Supporting negotiation of contract language in alignment with company policies
Managing agreements including MSAs, DSAs, Confidentiality Agreements, and SOWs
Tracking and maintaining contracts across platforms (Shared Drives, SmartSheets, Pramata)
Supporting legal notice requirements and contract communications
Researching and resolving SOW, invoice, and PO-related inquiries
Partnering across Legal, Government Pricing, Pharmacovigilance, Trade Marketing, and specialty pharmacies
Top Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive contracting experience (finance/accounting background preferred)
Extensive experience with contract redlining and process management
Strong ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, SmartSheets (Pramata a plus)
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required (Business discipline preferred)
This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who can operate independently, exercise sound business judgment, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
