Overview
We have an opening for a Leasing Consultant at The Colony Apartments in Universal City, TX. Experience preferred but not required. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background and drug screen. Pay based on experience!
Responsibilities Performs all aspects of Leasing Consultant, including but not limited to, greeting prospective clients, showing community, and outside marketing, as needed.
Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and resident retention.
Coordinates all lease renewals in accordance with Anterra’s Lease Renewal Policy.
Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc.
Contacts each Notice-to Vacate and attempts to convert them to a renewal.
Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction.
Willing to assist with rent collections, resident customer service, and other duties as well.
