Account Manager – Digital, Litho & Large Format
Job Title: Account Manager – Digital, Litho & Large Format Our client is looking for an account manager to become an integral and proactive member of the team. You will need to understand customer needs, support the current account base, issue accurate instructions to the production team, and record transactions on the company’s MIS. This role requires someone who works in an organised manner, takes ownership of clients and projects, and proactively manages work in progress. Clear communication is imperative when managing accounts. You will communicate with clients as well as with production and estimating departments to ensure core campaign objectives are met. You will balance workloads, prioritise tasks, and react to ad-hoc changes. Ideally you will have a good working knowledge and practical understanding of lithographic printing, digital printing, large‑format printing, finishing, and general print production. You will generate innovative solutions and add value to exceed client needs and expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that thrives on developing creative print solutions.
