Your Mission Identify and secure:
Landlords & rental property owners
seeking professional property management
HOA and condo communities
searching for a responsive, results-driven management company
This is a
remote position , but your success will be built on strong local presence, networking, and relationship-building throughout
Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg .
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, outreach, and local events
Build relationships with real estate investors, landlords, brokers, and HOA board members
Present and pitch our property & association management services
Conduct discovery calls and in-person/virtual presentations
Close management agreements and onboard new clients
Track pipeline and maintain CRM activity
Represent the company at industry events and local association meetings
Compensation & Earning Potential This is a
performance-driven sales role
designed for high earners.
Small, stable base salary

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development objectives in the property management sector
Identify and target potential clients, including property owners, investors, and condominium associations in the Tampa Bay area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Prepare and present reports on business development activities and progress
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials
Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's property management services
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the property management or real estate industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
