Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our innovative and fast-growing team. ADD provides fast, accurate, real‑time access to motor vehicle, vessel, and driver license records that help keep the towing industry moving. As our Business Development Manager focused on the towing market, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence, shaping solutions, and building strong relationships across the industry. Your insights will directly influence products relied on by towing professionals every day.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Set the strategic direction for ADD’s towing industry products and solutions
Build and manage influential relationships with towing companies, software providers, industry experts, and state legislators
Represent ADD at all major trade shows and industry events, acting as an ambassador and subject matter expert
Track industry and product metrics to assess growth and new market opportunities
Identify and develop partnerships, gather feedback from the field, and channel insights into product innovations
You will receive a base salary of $65,000-$85,000 and total targeted compensation for the first year is expected to be $110,000-130,000/year including commissions.
Training: On the job training
Requirements:
3+ years of towing industry experience or related sales/business development experience
Proven ability to foster and grow client relationships
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Experience collaborating with government or legislative officials is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
