R138789**About the Opportunity****JOB SUMMARY**Business Solutions Analyst – SaaS Applications is responsible for evaluating, implementing, and enhancing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms to support key finance business functions. This role acts as a strategic liaison between Finance business stakeholders, IT, and software vendors, ensuring that SaaS solutions are aligned with Finance organizational goals and deliver maximum value. Also providing support of the continuous improvement associated with feature releases, upgrades, and enhancements.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.* 2+ years of experience with SaaS platforms* Strong analytical and project management skills.* Experience with platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Jaeggar, Transact, Concur or similar.* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES*** Support business solutions focused on Finance business processes in SaaS application delivery and support* Oversee the lifecycle of requests, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization.* Including feature releases, enhancements, and upgrades* Partner with stakeholders across NU departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations) to translate business needs into functional technology solutions.* Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to support system integrations, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.* Define and monitor tickets from ServiceNow to ensure problem resolution and SLA maintained.* Collaborate and support on the development of documentation, training materials, and change management plans to support system adoption.* Stay current on industry trends and best practices in SaaS technology and digital transformation.**Position Type**Information Technology**Additional Information**Northeastern University considers factors such as candidate work experience, education and skills when extending an offer.Northeastern has a comprehensive benefits package for benefit eligible employees.
