Program Director

Join the team at the Stillwater YMCA as a Program Director and help make a lasting impact in our community. We are seeking a passionate, organized leader to oversee engaging programs that promote youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Note: the Stillwater YMCA will be moving into a brand-new facility in the fall of 2027...it's a very exciting time to be a part of a growing Y team. Salary range: $40,000-$43,000 per year, depending on experience. The Program Director is responsible for the organization, delivery and quality of YMCA programs to the membership community. Specifically, our Membership, Youth and Family and Healthy Living Programs. The Program Director works independently under general direction and is expected to determine how to accomplish tasks. The position requires a college degree and experience. Bachelor's degree required. The incumbent also must bring to this position an appropriate background of experience (preferred) to be able to contribute and carry out the Association’s efforts. The incumbent must have the ability to relate effectively to diverse Groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. Must stay current in CPR/AED/O2 and First Aid, renewed annually. (Training provided by the Y, if needed) Must complete all required Redwoods Trainings within 30 days of hire and renewed annually. Internal candidates must be in good standing (no disciplinary action in the last 6 months) and must get your direct supervisors' approval to apply.
