The function will work with the EqNA sales organization in developing sales infrastructure through processes, KPIs and technology enhancements and product/systems training.
The role will lead a direct Regional Sales Manager team, while working cross functionally with sales, data analytics, finance, information technology & human resources in the development, delivery, and management of sales tools, sale reporting, sales planning / forecasting, and critical KPIs.**How you will do it****Partner with Field Sales Organization** in the development and execution of the sales operating mode. Provide support to sales organization on go to market & channel strategy**Develop robust sales forecasting & planning model** that supports a multi-channel go to market strategy**Development and execution of technology** improvements to be aligned to Sales Strategy**Own the ongoing roadmap** design and development of Solution Navigator, the JCI Digital Marketplace**Progress sales efficiency** through standard sales processes. Implement balanced business and technology improvement plans to complete analytics strategy**Development of programs** to advance commercial analytics capabilities through data driven strategies**Supports sales strategy** across all product business units to ensure their direction and goals are accurately aligned. Maintains a balanced perspective of the business and the company.**Act as a *Change Agent*** to systematically drive and implement process changes throughout the business.**What we look for
