Inpatient Rehabilitation - Program Director

Delta Health System is seeking a Program Director to oversee and direct Rehabilitation Services. This position is responsible for coordinating and supervising departmental operations, administering physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician, and providing leadership to rehabilitation staff. The Program Director will maintain performance improvement initiatives within the department and actively participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities. Qualifications:

Current Mississippi licensure as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Pathologist Minimum of three (3) years of experience in all aspects of rehabilitation nursing At least two (2) years of supervisory experience Current BLS certification
