Network Director of Senior Living Sales
Salary:
$100,000–$120,000 base salary plus competitive incentive plan
Position Summary: Responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, and market presence across two Assisted Living communities and one Independent Living community. Provides multi-site sales leadership, business development strategy, and team oversight to achieve census and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Occupancy & Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed move-in, census, and revenue targets across all assigned communities.
Multi-Site Sales Leadership Provide oversight, coaching, and performance management for on-site sales teams across three communities.
Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute community-specific and regional business development plans to increase referral relationships and inquiry volume.
Inside & Outside Sales Execution: Oversee lead management, tours, CRM utilization, outreach activity, and conversion strategy to ensure consistent pipeline performance.
Move-In & Financial Review Process: Ensure proper screening, rate explanation, documentation, and assessment coordination to support successful resident transitions.
Market & Brand Representation: Maintain competitive market knowledge, represent communities in networking organizations, and support PR, events, and advertising initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience; senior living, healthcare, or long-term care experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing performance across multiple sites or territories.
Proven ability to meet revenue and census targets.
Strong CRM proficiency and data-driven decision-making skills.
