The
Gym Sales Director
is a full‑time career‑level position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym Sales. The Gym Sales Director reports directly to the owner of The Little Gym location. Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, engaging classes aligned with The Little Gym’s proven curriculum and teaching methodology. Lead, coach, and motivate a team to provide exceptional customer service and an exceptional membership experience. Oversee daily sales operations, including developing and executing sales strategies, refining sales pitches, conducting team sales training, and driving membership growth. Actively promote and sell The Little Gym programs to prospective families, converting inquiries into long-term members. Plan and execute grassroots marketing initiatives, including community events, local partnerships, and in‑club promotions to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Conduct outreach to schools, preschools, and community organizations to build relationships, generate referrals, and expand The Little Gym’s presence in the local market. Qualifications:
A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus Proven Sales experience Customer service experience Management experience Excellent time management skills Great attitude and strong work ethic Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
