About the Role Skyward Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a growth-minded Growth & Partnerships Strategist (Field Marketing & Events) to support brand visibility, strategic partnerships, and lead-generation initiatives across Illinois and Northwest Indiana. This role is designed for a professional with 2–3 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of regional growth initiatives and work directly with leadership. As this function scales, the role is intended to grow into a management position.
Location & Hours Hybrid role with regular on-site presence throughout Illinois and Northwest Indiana. Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST.
Compensation Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience. Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 15%–20% of base salary, based on:
Event success rates
ROI and cost efficiency
Ownership and execution excellence
Partnership growth and strategic value
This role is designed to evolve into a Growth & Partnerships Manager position as the function scales, with future responsibilities including budget ownership, hiring and managing assistants, and setting regional strategy.
Event Requirements Flexibility required for approved evening or weekend events; time adjusted during the workweek. The individual is responsible for personally attending and managing the events they recommend.
