We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Sales Engineer to support business growth by aligning technical solutions with customer needs. This role bridges engineering expertise and sales execution, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions and support the full sales lifecycle.

Position Responsibilities Technical Sales Support

Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including product demonstrations and solution design

Translate customer requirements into practical, value-based technical solutions

Customer Engagement & Solution Development

Partner with customers to understand application needs, challenges, and performance expectations

Recommend appropriate products or system configurations to meet customer objectives

Collaboration with Sales & Engineering

Work closely with sales teams to support account strategies and close opportunities

Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure feasibility and successful implementation

Pre-Sales & Proposal Support

Assist with technical documentation, proposals, and presentations

Respond to technical questions, RFPs, and customer inquiries

Product & Market Knowledge

Maintain strong knowledge of products, applications, and industry trends

Provide feedback from the field to support product and solution improvements

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field

3–5 years of experience in a technical sales, applications engineering, or customer-facing engineering role

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and sales activities

Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)

Sales Engineering or technical certification relevant to the industry

Project Management or customer-facing technical certifications

Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications
