ServiceMaster of Seattle is a Disaster Restoration Company serving Washington State and beyond. We mitigate and restore properties damaged by floods, fires, windstorms, freezes, etc. We have been in business since 1984 and are a National Award-winning company based in Woodinville WA. We are seeking an energetic Construction Superintendent. The Superintendent is responsible for assisting the Team with completion of construction-related projects in a professional and timely manner.
Full-time
Overall Responsibilities Duties:
Meeting with homeowners and business owners to review the project.
Maintaining a budget for each job.
Creating job schedule, scheduling of subcontractors and ordering of materials.
Taking assigned projects to completion based on written scope of repairs.
Developing professional relationships and working with subcontractors.
Responsible for the finished product of the subcontractors and overall quality of the job.
Updating production files and paperwork and maintaining detailed job notes including conversations with customer in job management software.
Following written production procedures.
Obtaining permits and meeting with building inspectors and mortgage company inspectors.

This position offers an annual rate of 60 – 70k a year, plus uncapped bonuses.
