Construction
Superintendent
to join their team in the Southern Maine to Midcoast Maine area. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful commercial builds with a company that values experience, autonomy, and long-term commitment. The right person will bring deep field expertise, strong leadership, and a continued passion for building.
What You'll Do as the Construction Superintendent:
Lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects from start to finish
Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control
Oversee projects ranging from retail fit-outs to large-scale builds exceeding 10M
Coordinate closely with Project Managers and ownership
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards
Contribute ideas that help expand capabilities and self-perform divisions
Maintain a strong, positive jobsite culture
Construction Superintendent Requirements:
10+ years of commercial construction experience
Proven experience leading projects valued at 10M or more
Strong background in ground-up commercial construction
Demonstrated leadership and ability to command respect on-site
Stable work history with long-term tenure
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Haves as the Construction Superintendent:
Experience working with self-perform teams in concrete or carpentry
Exposure to larger complex builds exceeding 50M
Prior experience in a collaborative, owner-accessible environment
Interest in helping expand into new trades or capabilities
