28 hours/week, Sundays - Thursdays
Qualifications
Vibrant, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
Passion for discipling students and partnering with families
Team player, embraces culture & vision of The Bay Youth & Brentwood Campus teams
Strong work ethic and drive, self starter, coachable and approachable
High capacity as a communicator, both interpersonally and in Biblical teaching
Proven ability in delegation and team building
Navigates conflict in a healthy way and can assist others in doing the same
Degree not required but preferred
Prior youth ministry experience preferred
Youth Ministry Responsibilities
In coordination with Network Lead and Youth Creative Director, oversee Brentwood Youth services. This includes:
Building and scheduling teams
Developing student and adult leaders
Serving as the primary communicator for the campus (2-3x per month)
Support Campus Clubs on local Middle School and High School campuses
Connect with students, families, and prospective leaders during Sunday Services at the Brentwood Campus.
During summer, attend summer camp (2026 camp is June 8-11th) and support the Youth Summer Internship (hours flexible)
Sunday Experience Responsibilities
Be the primary youth presence on Sundays at Brentwood Campus
Promote youth gatherings, camps, and special events
Empower youth students serving in The Zone, nursery, and weekend environments
Assist with “street-to-seat” guest experience as needed
Support setup and teardown for services when required
Host guest missionaries or special speakers
Assist with services as needed
Partner with campus staff to maintain a welcoming, distraction-free environment
