About the role As a Sr Consulting Manager, you will make an impact by leading and delivering complex consulting engagements in the Customer Loyalty domain. You will be a valued member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
In this role, you will:
Lead large-scale loyalty program engagements, including program design, rewards structures, member lifecycle management, earn and burn models, and customer engagement strategies.
Serve as engagement lead or portfolio/program lead for major client initiatives, bringing together Cognizant cross-functional teams to collaboratively solve complex client problems and deliver integrated solutions.
Define solutions by working closely with client architecture teams, translating business needs into robust, implementable technology solutions.
Drive multi-geography delivery through strong governance, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
Lead executive-level presentations for clients, positioning Cognizant solutions, value propositions, and transformation roadmaps.
Apply a strong understanding of AI capabilities and trends to drive thought leadership and proactively develop proposals that position Cognizant as a strategic partner.
Demonstrate expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its application in large, complex enterprise programs.
Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing large teams.

What you must have to be considered
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Customer Loyalty domain, including loyalty program design and customer engagement strategies (airlines loyalty preferred, but experience in other loyalty sectors will be considered).
Proven experience as an engagement lead, portfolio lead, or program lead for large programs.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver integrated solutions.
Strong experience in solution definition and translating business needs into technology solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in executive-level client presentations.
Strong understanding of AI trends and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Experience managing large teams.
