Title & Description Senior Director of Artistic and Production (SDAP). This senior leadership role is designed to support and advance the artistic vision as well as the operational, financial, and administrative functions of UCLA’s Center for the Art of Performance. Compensation:
Estimated annual salary range — USD $105,700 – $234,500 (varies by qualifications and internal equity) with full UC benefits starting day one.
Reporting To:
Executive and Artistic Director of UCLA’s Center for the Art of Performance.
Work Schedule:
Standard business hours (with flexibility based on production needs) in a fully onsite environment in Los Angeles.
Position & Tasks As Senior Director of Artistic and Production, responsibilities include:
Leading long-term artistic planning and portfolio development for CAP’s season.
Overseeing operational execution of performances and artistic initiatives.
Managing multidisciplinary teams across production, administration, and programming.
Overseeing complex budgets and financial planning processes.
Partnering with development teams to support fundraising and donor engagement.
Acting as a public representative of CAP within UCLA and internationally.
