The Sportsbook Agents (Ticket Writers) play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience at our sportsbook. You will process wagers, answer questions, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
2+ years of cash handling work experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience as a ticket writer in a sportsbook or in a casino position preferred.
Must be 21+ years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
Willingness to be trained and learn new technology.
Strong attention to detail, focused on compliance, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and math skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, any shift, including weekends and holidays.
Part-time or full-time position available.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand at the sportsbook counter for a prolonged period of time; 8+ hour shift.
Regularly lift, move, push, and pull objects weighing at least 20 pounds without assistance.
