Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Tile Installer to work on Kitchen and Bath remodeling projects in West Michigan and Mid-Michigan. Primary responsibilities will be kitchen backsplash installation, tile showers, and would prefer additional other general contracting skills. We are looking for contract partners to join our team that are passionate about transforming spaces and the customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
Arrive on time and consistently
Follow installation plans and clarify questions when necessary
Follow Kitchen Tune-Up Trustpoints on every job
Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
Communicate with project manager daily about progress
Work quickly and efficiently
Skills
Stellar work ethic
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviating
Driven to exceed customer expectations every time
Experience and expertise is various tile materials, layouts, and proficient with a variety of job and material typs
Ability to work in Grand Rapids and surrounding communities
Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
