About the Role Bould Design is growing. We’re looking for an exceptional industrial designer to join our award‑winning studio. You’ll work closely with a small, experienced team and contribute to every phase of the design process—from early concept development through production. We offer a focused, collaborative work environment for designers who are self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and passionate about their craft.
Qualifications
2–5+ years of professional industrial design experience
Strong conceptual and form development skills
Refined aesthetic sensitivity and design judgment
Excellent sketching, visualization, and storytelling ability
Proficiency in SolidWorks, Keyshot and Adobe Creative Suite
Interest in seeing designs through to production
Thoughtful attention to user experience and usability
Strong organizational and communication skills
Collaborative, analytical, and self‑motivated mindset
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Industrial Design or related field
Authorization to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $70,000–$100,000, depending on experience
