
An equipment manufacturer is seeking a
President
based in the
Midwest
to lead the organization through its next phase of growth.
This executive will serve as the strategic, operational, and commercial leader of the business, responsible for scaling revenue, expanding margins, and building a high-performance leadership team.
This is a hands‑on opportunity for a proven OEM executive who has successfully grown manufacturing organizations and driven measurable enterprise value.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a scalable growth strategy focused on revenue expansion and EBITDA improvement
Lead commercial, operations, supply chain, and product teams to align around profitable growth
Build a disciplined sales engine and strengthen dealer channel performance
Drive pricing strategy, product mix optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives
Implement KPIs and accountability measures to improve performance visibility and execution
Identify organic and strategic growth opportunities, including new markets and product expansion
Develop and mentor an executive leadership team while fostering a collaborative, results‑driven culture

Qualifications
5+ years currently in an executive role (Director level or higher) within an OEM organization ** REQUIRED **
Experience growing and scaling an OEM organization required
Stable career history with 5+ year tenure at prior organizations preferred
Proven P&L leadership
Strong commercial and operational background, including dealer channel strategy
Demonstrated success improving margins, managing COGS, and driving process improvements
Experience selling into construction, agriculture, rental, or other heavy‑duty end markets
