We are working with an international packaging company that has always been ahead of the game in innovation and creativity. They are looking for a Business Development Director to join their Retail Marketing function, taking full responsibility for developing and leading on their new business strategy as they continue to grow in the 3D market. You will become a valued member of the senior leadership team and will share your knowledge and experience with two dedicated Business Development Managers.
Responsibilities:
Actively research, target, and create opportunities with prospective clients.
Use networking skills and a refined sales approach to bring high‑value clients on‑board.
Negotiate complex deals, demonstrating resilience and strength of character.
Lead a Business Development team and share lead qualification skills across the wider team.
Conduct research into the best products and services in the market to ensure first‑class service for customers.
Qualifications:
Strong character with excellent networking and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead a Business Development team in a growing business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence to present ideas engagingly.
Detailed knowledge of the FMCG and 3D Print markets, along with supply chain and procurement knowledge.
