Job Summary
The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and architecting Salesforce solutions across multiple projects or within a large, complex program.
The role involves translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce capabilities, developing data models, reviewing technical approaches, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
The architect will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and lead discussions to resolve design challenges while providing technical governance and direction.
Key Responsibilities
Create prototypes and proofs of concept to support requirement definition. Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities and determine when custom development is needed. Lead or participate in defining, prioritizing, and sizing business and functional requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine optimal implementation strategies. Drive solution design discussions and help resolve project roadblocks. Architect and deliver scalable data models supporting project needs. Contribute to the successful delivery of technology solutions across enterprise initiatives. Provide architecture guidance for Salesforce Experience Cloud and Health Cloud solutions. Support DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Copado. Deliver solutions that integrate with ServiceMax and Salesforce Field Service. Ensure all designs follow Salesforce best practices and align with enterprise architecture principles. Required Qualifications
8-10 years of solutions architecture experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Architecture. Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, Force.com. Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model across multiple clouds/products. Experience architecting solutions on Salesforce Experience Cloud and Health Cloud. Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations. Knowledge of Vlocity/OmniStudio (Salesforce Industries). Experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes using Copado. Hands-on experience with ServiceMax and Salesforce Field Service. Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading architecture across multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. Exposure to industry solutions incorporating Vlocity/OmniStudio. Certifications
