Overview As a Field Merchandiser, you\'ll have the opportunity to work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, your ability to establish retailer relationships, while being the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels as well as support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations, when needed. On occasion you may have the opportunity to work with other products from other companies in the stores that you service.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day engagement:

Utilize a mobile device provided by Hallmark to restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. Communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and participate in required merchandising activities. Maintain the entire Hallmark product display at assigned stores.

Holiday support:

Support seasonal demand around holidays (e.g., Valentine\'s Day, Easter, Mother\u2019s Day, Father\u2019s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Expect additional days and extended hours; some holidays may require work on the actual holiday and weekends.

Department Resets:

Participate in installations and tasks such as building/installing fixtures, relocating departments and products, and resetting card sections. Typically receive two weeks\' notice for remodels; may include evenings or weekends.

One Team Vision:

Be part of Hallmark\'s field organization and support other team members in their territories as needed.

Salary and Schedule Details

Your starting hourly pay rate is

$13.00-$15.00 , depending on skills and experience.

Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.

This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.

Average weekly hours are between

10-15 hours per week .

Availability the week before and after major holidays (which may include weekends) is required.

Your Role and Qualifications Basic Qualifications

You're at least 18 years of age.

You're able to read, write and understand English.

You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.

You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.

You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
