Job Title Sales Engineer / Executive – Business Development Professional
Job Overview Full‑time position requiring fixed location. You will work closely with our engineering team on real projects while receiving mentorship and guidance.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities Developing Marketing Strategies and Campaigns:
Crafting comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, and planning and executing various campaigns across different channels (digital, print, social media, events).
Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships:
Developing rapport, understanding customer needs, and fostering long‑term relationships with both new and existing clients, often involving account management.
Presenting and Demonstrating Products/Services:
Clearly articulating the value, features, and benefits of offerings to potential customers through live demos or presentations.
Negotiating and Closing Deals:
Discussing terms, addressing objections, determining prices, and securing sales contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Meeting Sales Goals/Quotas:
Achieving specific sales targets within designated timeframes, which is a core metric of performance.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Market Research and Product Knowledge:
Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and maintaining a deep understanding of the products/services you sell.
Brand Management:
Building and maintaining a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, and managing brand perception.
Content Creation and Distribution:
Developing engaging and valuable content (blog posts, videos, social media updates, website copy, promotional materials) that resonates with the target audience.
Digital Marketing:
Managing online campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising (PPC).
Monitoring Campaign Performance and Data Analysis:
Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, deriving actionable insights from customer data, and optimizing strategies based on results.
Budgeting:
Managing marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Working Hours Engineers will have the option of fixed or flexible working hours.

Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
