A growing pet supply company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Ecommerce to lead and scale its online operations across multiple sales channels.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage and lead the ecommerce team
Oversee product listings and marketplace optimization
Supervise Amazon accounts and paid marketing initiatives
Coordinate supply chain and inventory strategy
Drive overall ecommerce growth, revenue, and profitability
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong ecommerce leadership experience
Background managing Amazon and online marketplace accounts
Experience overseeing paid marketing and performance campaigns
Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory operations
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
Strong leadership and team management skills
Salary : $175k - $220k/Year
