What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop business plans and sales strategies to penetrate new markets
Provide competitive pricing on completed prospect applications while maintaining profit margins
Create and implement marketing plans as necessary
Maintain records of pricing, sales, and activity reports from Account Representatives
Conduct one-on-one reviews with Account Representatives to enhance communication and performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales management role, including hiring and developing teams
Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes
Experience with enterprise software solutions in large, complex organizations
Extensive background in Supplier Relationship Management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Proven track record in mentoring and developing sales teams
