Construction Realestate Account Executive
Location
Queens, NY (Hybrid)
Salary
$90 – 120,000 + Benefits and incentives
Our client , a privately owned Queens brokerage that provides terrific benefits that offers unmatched growth potential seeks an experienced Account Executive to manage a book of Construction and RealEstate Clients.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of a portfolio of new and renewal business
Market new and renewal accounts
Gather and decipher underwriting data
Evaluate existing coverages and make recommendations as needed
Day-to-day client contact fostering excellent relationships with clients and carriers
Review policies and quotes for accuracy
Formulate proposals and Attend client and prospect meetings
Coordinate pre-renewal and strategy meetings
Review Audits and endorsements for accuracy
Prepare professional submissions for the marketplace
Authorize the release of quotations, proposals, certificates and applications
Review and audit policies to ensure that they are in compliance and coverage
Manage your renewal list making sure that all data has been requested
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ brokerage experience including 2 years working with construction clients
Active Property & Casualty broker’s license
knowledge of NY Labor law the construction & Real Estate marketplace, products, coverages, and underwriting protocol
Capable of understanding written and oral communication along with abstracting information
Able to prioritize and adapt to an ever-changing environment
Proficient with EPIC, Excel, Word, and Salesforce, Preferred
