A graphic installer is responsible for installing vinyl graphics, such as vehicle wraps, signage, and vinyl lettering, to personal or commercial vehicles. They can also install floor graphics or vinyl graphics on walls and windows in homes and businesses. The duties of a graphic installer include cutting and shaping the graphics to fit each surface, heating and applying graphics, and removing graphics. They may also be responsible for preparing the weekly production schedule, developing relationships with clients, and leading and training current and new installers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with clients that includes explaining the wrapping process and current progress
Lead and train current and new installers
Installation of vinyl graphics on and off-site
Preparation of vinyl graphics for installation
Removal of graphics
Preparation for installation
Ensuring superior product quality and project execution
Completing assigned jobs each day and ensuring that the schedule stays on track
Documenting installation times and materials accurately.
Ability to work with various materials and applications
Ability to work comfortably with various forms of equipment including scissor lifts, torches, heat guns, ladders, and scaffolding.
Time management skills to accomplish tasks by the assigned deadline
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
2 Years of graphic/wrap installation experience primarily in custom and fleet vehicles
Management/Supervision experience is preferred but not required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strong organization, problem solving and self-managing skills
Willingness to work overtime and weekends, as necessary (almost never happens)
Reliable and trustworthy
Familiarity with various equipment types including lifts, power tools, torches, ladders and scaffolding
Must be able to kneel, bend, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Must be able to scale ladders and heights.
Must be able to read and speak English
Compensation – Based on level of experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8a – 4p
Ability to commute to job location in Manchester NH
Driver’s License (Required)
Willingness to travel to off-site job locations in company vehicle
